Carrier & methods
We ship via UPS (typically UPS Ground or equivalent standard service). The shipping options and prices shown at checkout reflect our current configuration: live UPS rates when our UPS integration is enabled, or table-based UPS Ground estimates aligned with our internal rate sheet when the live API is not used. Free shipping may be offered when your order subtotal meets the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart and at checkout.
Processing time
We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. High volume, customization, or backorders may add time — we will communicate delays when we can.
Delivery time
Delivery depends on UPS service and your address. Checkout may show an estimated range (e.g. business days). UPS tracking, when available, is the best source for delivery status.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. International shipping is not available on the website; if you have an overseas requirement, email or call us before placing an order so we can confirm options.
